Refunds
We will happily accept merchandise in it's original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving your product. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item only.
To be eligible for a return, an email must be sent to us within 2 days of receiving your product, and the item must reach us within 14 days of you receiving it.
At this time, we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
To initiate a return, please email ambrozjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
